If the product is not available on Girovaga Box or is no longer part of the assortment, please contact our Customer Service.
You can buy a spare part online and in all stores with Girovaga Box items. If the spare part you need is not available, please contact our Customer Service.
In the process of replacing a part, only certified original components are always used.
Placing an order
To place an order, contact our Customer Service by filling out the convenient form form.
It will be the Customer Service’s responsibility to confirm that the order has been placed, indicating the production and delivery times.
When the order is ready to be shipped, the courier’s tracking code will be sent by email and the receipt or invoice will be sent.

The confirmation e-mails are sent once the purchase order is completed. In case it has not been received, please check the junk mail. Otherwise, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com.
The product is delivered at home. The kit is shipped packed and placed on a pallet, the overall dimensions are 120 x 80 x 110 cm.
Delivery times, upon receipt of the order, are:
- 25 days + shipping for the Deluxe Pack version
- 15 days + shipping for the Smart Pack version
The delivery time is calculated when the order is made.
According to the transport contract (Article 1678 and following of the Italian civil code), the carrier agrees to transfer (by its own or others means) the goods to their destination, assuming responsibility for any damage resulting from its non-fulfillment, such as delays with respect to the agreed delivery deadline, loss or damage to the goods, unless such events are not attributable to him, such as in the event t the goods damage is attributable to unforeseeable circumstances or to packaging defects.
If the Customer wishes, it is possible to collect the Girovaga Box, when ready, directly at the Venice Camper Service Srl headquarters.
If upon receipt of the goods by the courier, the packaging is damaged, you can decide to refuse the goods or you can accept it by indicating “conditional acceptance” in the packing slip. In this way you can personally check for any damage to the goods.
In any case, please notify our Customer Service by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching photos of the damaged product.
- PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER: in the case of online purchase and shipping by courier, you can pay by advance bank transfer.
- PAYMENT IN CASH, DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD: by choosing the payment method on delivery, you can pay when you come to pick up the goods at Venice Camper Service Srl. You can pay in installments up to 3 months at zero interest. This solution is NOT a loan.
To receive the invoice it is necessary that, once the order is concluded, all the necessary company data such as name, address, VAT number and tax code. are communicated to Venice Camper Service Srl., SDI or PEC.
The invoice will be sent to the SDI and via email in pdf format.
All purchased Products benefit the 2 years legal warranty for lack of conformity.
It should be noted that a lack of conformity exists when a deterioration of the composition material is determined.
The customer will not have the right to repair, replace, or return any product or component that may prove to be defective as they have been altered by:
- immersion in water
- bad use (external use 24 hours, 365 days)
- conservation in an inappropriate way or place
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
You can request your money back guarantee within 30 days.
In case of return, the shipping costs are charged to the customer (the costs of the first shipment will not be reimbursed).
