HOW DOES GIROVAGABOX WORK?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Girovaga Box has an easy and intuitive assembly: its characteristic is of being already assembled and equipped with built-in containers.<\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure an optimal assembly, you need a screwdriver at installation time.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/12″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_toggle title=”Assembly the Kit inside the vehicle” style=”bordered”]<\/p>\n

To assembly the kit, the following instructions should be followed.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Place the lower floor inside the vehicle. On the bottom it has an anti-slip surface that rests on the trunk. On the opposite side there are some strips and an edge whose function is to create stability for the four boxes<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Place the four boxes with the wooden strips facing the inside of the kit, fitting them onto the base<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Insert the built-in table between the four boxes with the peg facing downwards<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Place the upper platform above the surface (given by the 4 boxes and the table) by folding it. The side where the hinge is present must face towards the seats<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Place the aluminum rods on the upper platform, attach them to the kit with two straps and the hooks already present in your vehicle and insert them into the rings (thus avoiding movement during the journey)<\/span><\/p>\n

Note – Each vehicle is equipped with hooks, arranged differently depending on the model. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly arrange the kit inside the vehicle, to make it stable and, in the event of sudden braking, cannot cause damage to people and things on board.<\/span><\/p>\n

The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect fixing of the kit inside the vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before leaving, it is necessary to fix the kit and tie it to the vehicle with two straps in order to avoid any kind of movement during the trip.<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer, before departure, must make sure:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 the correct arrangement of the kit inside the vehicle<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 the stability of the kit<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>in the event of sudden braking, it cannot cause damage to people and things on board<\/span><\/p>\n

The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect fixing of the kit inside the vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

To assemble the tank box and sink box, it is necessary to place the two containers on top of each other. The weight of the cabinets makes the composition stable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

By removing an insert in the lower part of the washbasin container, it is possible to create the connection between the washbasin box and the tank box through the two pipes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The tanks are one for clear water and one for recovery wastewater.<\/span><\/p>\n

Above the suction tank, positioned inside the box, there are two fittings. One is black and chrome-plated with a long internal float to the bottom and has a quick-connect coupling to the branch. The other connection, yellow and blue, has a vent function, sucking in water and air at the same time, to avoid compression of the tank.<\/span><\/p>\n

The tanks are closed with a red cap, which has a gasket inside.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once released, the quick coupling automatically closes hermetically. The yellow and blue one, by turning the blue lever, closes to prevent any liquid spills during the trip.<\/span><\/p>\n

The connection between the two containers is created when the two red caps of the tank are replaced with the two present, one on the discharge pipe and one on the inlet pipe.<\/span><\/p>\n

The connection of the inlet hose to the black connection of the tank takes place through a pump for the support on the ground. With the pressure of the foot, through the quick coupling, the suction of water from the tank to the tap is created.<\/span><\/p>\n

The drain hose is corrugated in PVC. At the end it has a red cap that is screwed onto the tank when the sink is used. Also in this cap there is a small vent, which can be closed with a blue lever.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the cover of the cabinet, there are two foldable plastic rods: hooked to the outer edge of the container by an aluminum bar, they act as a support for the stove or other accessories.<\/span><\/p>\n

The structure given by the stacking of the tank box and the washbasin box becomes a support for assembling the table at an adequate height for its use.<\/span><\/p>\n

On one of the sides with the opening \/ handle there is a wooden strip screwed with three screws (covered by the relative screw covers), used to support the table top.<\/span><\/p>\n

The two empty boxes serve as seats.<\/span><\/p>\n

The table top has already incorporated an extendable and foldable leg that closes with a button. It has a wide base surface to create excellent anti-rocking support.<\/span><\/p>\n

The four boxes are arranged in pairs and are connected via the recessed table top.<\/span><\/p>\n

The bed frame is made of aluminum reinforced with double nerve. It is made up of three anodized aluminum rods (weighing 4 kg).<\/span><\/p>\n

Two supportive rods (102.5 cm) with upper grip prevent the latter from sliding or moving once the upper platform is placed on it.<\/span><\/p>\n

On both there is a folding leg, which moves thanks to a quick coupling hook. The peg, in cold galvanized painted iron, has a threaded pin that changes the overall height from 52 to 66 cm to be adapted to any vehicle. In the foothold there is a square of adhesive sponge to protect the vehicle mats, avoiding damaging.<\/span><\/p>\n

The third rod works as connector (100 cm) with two knobs that allow you to completely compose and break down the three parts between them.<\/span><\/p>\n

The aluminum structure is fixed to the two front boxes through two hooks.<\/span><\/p>\n

The setting up of the double bed is done by unscrewing the black knob on the right of the connecting rod and moving the support rod together with the two boxes towards the outside of the lower platform where the fixing holes are already present. The upper platform must be slid forward and goes t into the boxes, rotating the hinged part to compose the base of the bed.<\/span><\/p>\n
